Myron-Silverthorn

A little-known, yet noteworthy figure in Erie County history, Myron Hutchinson Silverthorn served two terms as a legislator in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives from 1879-1882. Silverthorn’s damning testimony in a Pennsylvania Railroad bribery scandal helped convict fellow Republican legislators and lobbyists.
